AuscoPak Pty Ltd was established in March 2000 as a quality dry food contract packer of milk powder products, cereals, grains, maize, flour, powdered soups and formulated products for the health and well being markets.

AuscoPak services leading international, Australian and New Zealand food manufacturers from a "state of the art" purpose built facility in Mordialloc, Melbourne, Victoria. The company strategy is to service our customers with quality and timely dry food packaging services covering a varietyof dry food products.



Dry Food products contract packed includes:

• Milk Powder & Milk Powder Blends packaging
          In 50g sachets to 2 Kg packs (Bag in Box included)

• Blend Mixes packaging
          In 100g packs to 2 kg packs (Bag in Box included)

• Cereal & Museli packaging
          In 30g sachets to 1Kg packs (Bag in Box included)

• CornFlour & Custard Powder, Cake Mixes
          In 100g to 500g packs (Bag in box included)

• Powdered Soup packaging
          In 60g sachets

• Drinking Chocolate packaging
          In 300g to 2Kg composite cans

• Various Grain Products packaging
          In 30g to 65g sachets

Packaging Containers to be filled include
          Sachets
          VFF & S packs (Bag in box included)
          Composite Cans
          Plastic Containers with lock seal lids.


 
FORM FILL & SEM and SACHET PACKAGING

Packing is currently effected in both bag fill and “FF&S” and sachets. Current pack sizes range from 10g to 2kg.Packing equipment includes bag filler and form, fill and seal equipment…with carton erector and case sealer and a 3 or 4 sided sachet line.
 
AuscoPak is seeking to develop additional ‘strategic Alliances” with quality food companies who are either currently outsourcing their secondary processing &/or dry food packaging needs or who are executing these non-core activities within their own facilities and are planning to outsource their packaging operations.
